Refund & Return Policy

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Returns will only be accepted with a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

• Defective or damaged products can be exchanged subject to stock availability.
• Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
